摘要
本文总结1例应用中药封包技术改善急性胰腺炎患者胃肠道症状的护理经验。患者入院后存在腹痛、腹胀、恶心及呕吐等胃肠道症状。在实施急性胰腺炎护理常规的基础上，应用中医辨证施护，采用中药封包技术祛湿消肿、行气解郁，有效缓解腹胀、腹痛、恶心及呕吐等胃肠道症状，促进患者胃肠道功能恢复，改善疾病预后。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of 1 case of application of traditional Chinese medicine packaging technology to improve gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with acute pancreatitis. The patient had gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal pain， abdominal distension， nausea and vomiting after admission. On the basis of the implementation of the routine nursing of acute pancreatitis， the application of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing， the use of traditional Chinese medicine packaging technology to remove dampness and swelling， promote qi and relieve depression， effectively relieve gastrointestinal symptoms such as abdominal distension， abdominal pain， nausea and vomiting， promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients， and improve the prognosis of the disease.
