摘要

本文总结1例IgA肾病伴运动性横纹肌溶解症患者的护理经验，通过对患者实施用药护理、疼痛护理、中医特色护理、饮食护理及运动指导等系列护理措施，最终患者病情好转出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with IgA nephropathy complicated with exercise-induced rhabdomyolysis. Through a series of nursing measures including medication care， pain care， traditional Chinese medicine characteristic care， dietary care and exercise guidance， the patient's condition improved and was discharged from the hospital.
