摘要

本文报告1例年轻乳腺癌患者在化疗期间接受中西医结合护理的全过程。通过全面健康评估、个性化护理计划的制定、实施及效果评价，患者顺利完成4次疗程的化疗。在化疗期间，本研究特别关注叙事护理在缓解患者癌症复发恐惧中的应用，放松训练联合耳穴压豆在减轻化疗后恶心呕吐症状的效果，以及头皮冷却联合中药外洗方剂在预防化疗脱发中的作用。本文总结中西医结合护理在乳腺癌患者化疗期间的应用效果，以期为临床护理实践提供参考。

Abstract

This paper reports the whole process of a young breast cancer patient receiving integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing during chemotherapy. Through the comprehensive health assessment， the formulation， implementation and effect evaluation of personalized nursing plan， the patient successfully completed four courses of chemotherapy. During chemotherapy， this study paid special attention to the application of narrative nursing in relieving patients' fear of cancer recurrence， the effect of relaxation training combined with ear acupoint pressing beans in reducing nausea and vomiting symptoms after chemotherapy， and the role of scalp cooling combined with external washing of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing hair loss after chemotherapy. This paper summarizes the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in breast cancer patients during chemotherapy， in order to provide reference for clinical nursing practice.
