摘要
本文总结1例基于纽曼系统模式利用耳穴贴压改善卒中后患者失眠的护理经验。在常规护理的基础上，实施纽曼系统模式护理，强调患者与周围环境的动态平衡，在充分评估的基础上制定三级预防措施，并给予中西医结合护理措施，通过耳穴贴压、中药热奄包等中医疗法有效改善患者的睡眠质量，减轻心理压力，患者康复训练主动性增强，自理能力逐步提高，23 d后顺利出院。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of insomnia in post-stroke patients treated with auricular plaster therapy based on Newman system mode. On the basis of routine nursing， the Newman system model nursing was implemented， emphasizing the dynamic balance between patients and the surrounding environment. On the basis of full evaluation， three-level preventive measures were formulated， and nursing measures of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine were given. Traditional Chinese medicine treatments such as auricular plaster and traditional Chinese Medicine hot roll bag effectively improved the sleep quality of patients， alleviated psychological pressure， enhanced the initiative of patients' rehabilitation training， and gradually improved their self-care ability. 23 days later， the patients were discharged smoothly.
