摘要
本文总结1例采用马氏温灸法治疗手部湿疹的护理体会。基于中医理论辨证施护，依据特定穴位配伍原则选取穴位，运用特制温灸罐施灸，每次施灸时间根据穴位和病情确定，每天施灸1次，并配合着病情观察、皮肤护理、饮食指导及情志调理等常规护理。经过一段时间的马氏温灸治疗及护理干预，患者手部湿疹的皮疹面积明显缩小，瘙痒程度显著减轻，皮肤红肿、渗出等症状得到有效缓解，手部皮肤功能逐渐恢复，生活质量得以提升。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating one case of hand eczema with Ma's warm moxibustion method. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine for syndrome differentiation and nursing， the acupoints were selected according to the principle of specific acupoint combination， and the moxibustion was performed using a specially designed warm moxibustion jar. The duration of each moxibustion session was determined based on the acupoints and the patient's condition. Moxibustion was performed once a day， and was combined with routine nursing such as condition observation， skin care， dietary guidance， and emotional regulation. After a period of Ma's warm moxibustion treatment and nursing intervention， the rash area of the patient's hand eczema significantly reduced， the degree of itching was significantly alleviated， and the symptoms of skin redness， swelling， and exudation were effectively relieved. The skin function of the hand gradually recovered， and the quality of life was improved.
