摘要
本文总结1例中药热奄包热敷联合穴位按摩法治疗中风恢复期患者便秘的护理体会。通过科学的护理评估和辨证分型，确定患者护理方案，并基于中医基础理论采用中药热奄包热敷法和穴位按摩法以缓解患者便秘症状。同时配合排便指导、饮食调护、运动锻炼及用药指导等护理干预，进一步改善患者临床症状，效果显著。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating constipation in a stroke recovery phase patient using herbal hot compress packs combined with acupoint massage. Through scientific nursing assessment and syndrome differentiation， a tailored care plan was formulated. Based on traditional Chinese medicine principles， herbal hot compress therapy and acupoint massage were applied to alleviate constipation symptoms. Complementary interventions， including bowel movement guidance， dietary regulation， exercise training， and medication counseling， were implemented to further improve clinical outcomes， achieving significant effects.
