摘要

本文总结1例糖尿病性视网膜病变继发新生血管性青光眼患者的护理体会。以中医辨证为基础制定适宜的中西医结合护理方案，运用中医特色疗法结合血糖管理、饮食护理等措施有效改善患者的临床症状，促进患者恢复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with neovascular glaucoma secondary to diabetic retinopathy. Based on the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine， the appropriate nursing plan of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was formulated， and the characteristic therapy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with blood glucose management， diet nursing and other measures were used to effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of patients.
