摘要

本文总结中医集束疗法治疗1例面瘫患者的护理体会。本案例患者入院后在进行中医辨证的基础上确立对应的护治原则，通过采取中西医结合治疗，尤其是应用中医集束疗法（针灸、刮痧、手指点穴及温灸器灸等技术）后，有效改善患者的面神经功能，改善焦虑心理，恢复患者外在形象，维护身心健康。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of TCM cluster therapy in the treatment of 1 case of facial paralysis. After the patient was admitted to the hospital， the corresponding nursing and treatment principles were established on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation. Through the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine， especially the application of traditional Chinese medicine cluster therapy （acupuncture， scraping， finger acupuncture and moxibustion with warm moxibustion apparatus， etc.）， the facial nerve function of the patient was effectively improved， the Anxiety Psychology was improved， the external image of the patient was restored， and the physical and mental health was maintained.
