摘要

在输注丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸过程中，若发生药物渗出，可能会对局部组织造成损伤，严重时可导致皮肤破溃。我科于2024年3月15日会诊1例输入丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸渗出导致皮肤破溃的患者，经过伤口处理、预防感染及心理护理等紧密护理配合，有效促进患者康复。

Abstract

During the infusion of adenosyl methionine butadisulfonate， if the drug exudates， it may cause local tissue damage， and in severe cases may lead to skin collapse. On March 15， 2024， our department consulted a patient with skin ulceration caused by adenosine butyldisulfate exudation. Through wound treatment， infection prevention and psychological care， the patient's recovery was effectively promoted.
