摘要

本文总结1例高龄患者行髋关节置换术后采用穴位贴敷联合耳穴贴压缓解疼痛的护理经验。通过辨证选穴、个性化干预及动态评估，患者术后疼痛评分（VAS）由6分降至3分，疼痛效果得到改善，提示中医外治法可有效辅助术后疼痛管理，尤其适用于高龄患者的多模式镇痛需求。本文强调中医适宜技术在现代术后疼痛管理中的重要作用，但针对高龄髋关节置换术后患者这一特殊群体的研究较少，本文旨在弥补这一不足并为高龄髋关节置换术后患者的疼痛护理提供新视角。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of using acupoint application combined with auricular acupressure to relieve pain in a geriatric patient after hip arthroplasty. Through differential diagnosis for selecting acupoints， personalized interventions， and dynamic assessments， the patient's postoperative pain score （VAS） decreased from 6 to 3， indicating an improvement in pain relief. This suggests that traditional Chinese medicine external therapies can effectively assist in postoperative pain management， particularly for the multimodal analgesia needs of elderly patients. The paper emphasizes the significant role of appropriate traditional Chinese medicine techniques in modern postoperative pain management， although there is limited research on this specific
