摘要
本文总结1例成功治疗横纹肌溶解症患者的中西医结合护理体会。患者入院后配合医生给予CRRT、纠酸、护肝、护胃及液体支持等治疗，做好患者的皮肤及心理护理，同时配合耳穴贴压、中药热奄包、双下肢肢体加压、中医定向透药、湿敷及中药汤剂口服治疗。患者经ICU治疗4 d后，尿色正常，双下肢略酸痛无力，双下肢不肿，2024年10月10日患者病情平稳，转至我院急症二病区治疗，2024年10月12日患者病情好转出院。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with rhabdomyolysis treated successfully with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. After admission， the patient cooperated with the doctor to give CRRT， acid correction， liver protection， stomach protection， liquid support and other treatments， and did a good job in the patient's skin and psychological care. At the same time， the patient was treated with auricular point sticking， traditional Chinese medicine hot dying bag， bilateral lower limb limb compression， traditional Chinese medicine directional penetration， wet compress and oral Chinese medicine decoction. After 4 days of ICU treatment， the patient's urine color was normal， his lower limbs were slightly sore and weak， and his lower limbs were not swollen. On October 10， 2024， the patient's condition was stable， and he was transferred to the second emergency ward of our hospital for treatment. On October 12， 2024， the patient's condition improved and he was discharged.
