摘要

本文总结中西医结合肺康复干预1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者的护理体会。在完善康复评估的基础上，采用中西医结合肺康复的干预方法，包括穴位贴敷、火龙罐、六字诀、八段锦及呼吸功能训练等护理措施。治疗后患者临床症状、血气检验报告均有改善，中西医结合肺康复训练能够提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的运动耐力和生活质量，改善呼吸困难的症状，对改善疾病预后具有重要的作用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine in pulmonary rehabilitation for a patient with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Based on a comprehensive rehabilitation assessment， a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine pulmonary rehabilitation intervention methods were adopted， including acupoint application， fire dragon cupping， six-character formula， Baduanjin， and respiratory function training. After treatment， the patient's clinical symptoms and blood gas test reports improved. Integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine in pulmonary rehabilitation can enhance the exercise endurance and quality of life of COPD patients， alleviate the symptoms of shortness of breath， and play an important role in improving the prognosis of the disease.
