摘要
本文总结应用子午流注择时音乐疗法治疗1例脑胶质瘤维持化疗患者睡眠障碍的护理体会。在常规护理基础上，给予患者子午流注择时音乐疗法，指导患者按时音乐治疗，观察睡眠质量改善情况。经过14 d的干预后，患者睡眠时间延长，夜间醒来时间减少，睡眠质量得到提升，睡眠障碍及疲乏症状明显改善。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of applying midnight noon ebb flow timing music therapy in the treatment of sleep disturbance in a patient with glioma undergoing maintenance chemotherapy. On the basis of routine nursing， the patients were given the noon ebb flow timing music therapy， guided the patients to receive music therapy on time， and observed the improvement of sleep quality. After 14 days of intervention， the patient's sleep time was prolonged， the time to wake up at night was reduced， the sleep quality was improved， and the symptoms of sleep disorder and fatigue were significantly improved.
