摘要
本文总结1例阴囊Paget病肿物扩大切除术患者的围手术期护理经验。通过对阴囊Paget病并行焦虑症等病情，实施全面评估和调控。在围手术期护理中，紧密结合疾病特点，术前护理强调基础疾病管理及评估，术后护理聚焦于预防感染、促进伤口愈合、疼痛管理、心理护理及健康指导。通过伤口护理、并发症预防及个性化康复指导，达到了满意的手术效果。整个围术期护理体现了整合性、个体化和连续性的特点，确保了手术的安全性和治疗效果。
Abstract
This article summarizes the perioperative nursing experience of a patient with scrotal Paget's disease who underwent extended resection. Through comprehensive assessment and management of the condition， including scrotal Paget's disease and concurrent anxiety disorder， the perioperative nursing was closely tailored to the disease characteristics. Preoperative care emphasized the management and assessment of underlying diseases， while postoperative care focused on infection prevention， wound healing promotion， pain management， psychological care， and health guidance. Through meticulous wound care， complication prevention， and personalized rehabilitation guidance， a satisfactory surgical outcome was achieved. The entire perioperative nursing demonstrated the characteristics of integration， individualization， and continuity， ensuring the safety of the surgery and the effectiveness of the treatment.
