摘要
目的
2
通过总结1例髋关节撞击综合征术后疼痛患者的康复护理病例报告，以期为此类患者术后临床护理提供参考。
方法
2
为术后患者进行体外冲击波、渐进抗阻训练、踝泵运动、冰敷、心理干预及疼痛护理等治疗，并观察疗效。
结果
2
经治疗，患者髋关节疼痛明显改善，功能恢复正常。
结论
2
有计划的实施体外冲击波、渐进抗阻训练、踝泵运动、冰敷、心理干预及疼痛护理，对髋关节撞击综合征术后恢复及缓解疼痛有效。
Abstract
Objective

To provide a reference for the postoperative clinical nursing of patients with hip impingement syndrome by summarizing the rehabilitation nursing case report of a patient with hip impingement syndrome postoperatively experiencing pain.
Methods
2
The patient was treated with extracorporeal shock wave therapy， progressive resistance training， ankle pump exercises， ice application， psychological intervention， and pain management. The therapeutic effects were observed.
Results
2
After treatment， the patient's hip pain was significantly improved， and the hip function returned to normal.
Conclusion
2
The planned implementation of extracorporeal shock wave therapy， progressive resistance training， ankle pump exercises， ice application， psychological intervention， and pain management is effective for the postoperative recovery and pain relief of patients with hip impingement syndrome.
