摘要
目的

观察基于患者反馈导向姑息护理在１例多脏器功能衰竭并电风暴患者中的应用效果，探讨其安全性及有效性。
方法

本文通过总结1例多脏器功能衰竭患者突发电风暴，患者及家属明确拒绝电除颤技术后，护士通过倾听患者主诉，收集患者资料，主动询问患者的需求、结合患者病情及当时反馈信息，综合评估分析患者病情，明确护理目标，形成具体的措施，即密切观察患者心电示波变化、氧疗护理、用药护理、中医情志护理、预防感染及皮肤护理等护理措施。
结果

患者病情缓解，提高了患者的生命质量。
结论

经过严密的病情观察和记录、专科护理、扎实的基础护理与人性化的心理干预等基于患者反馈导向姑息护理，可达到减轻患者痛苦、改善生活质量的效果，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective

To observe the application effect of patient feedback based palliative care in a patient with multiple organ failure complicated with electrical storm， and to explore its safety and effectiveness.
Methods

This paper summarized a case of sudden electrical storm in a patient with multiple organ failure. After the patient and his family members clearly refused the electric defibrillation technology， the nurse listened to the patient's chief complaint， collected the patient's data， actively asked the patient's needs， combined with the patient's condition and the feedback information at that time， comprehensively evaluated and analyzed the patient's condition， made clear the nursing objectives， and formed specific measures， that is， closely observed the patient's ECG changes， oxygen therapy nursing， medication nursing， TCM emotional nursing， infection prevention and skin nursing and other nursing measures.
Results

The patient's condition was relieved and the quality of life of the patient was improved.
Conclusion

Palliative care based on patient feedback can reduce patients' pain and improve the quality of life after strict observation and record of the condition， specialized nursing， solid basic nursing and Humanistic Psychological intervention， which is worthy of clinical application.
