摘要

本文分享1例肝硬化失代偿期合并房室传导阻滞致心源性休克患者的成功救治案例。患者入院后突发意识丧失，经多学科协作，排除其他可能因素，确诊为心源性休克。通过精准的抗休克治疗与细致的护理干预，患者病情得以稳定，最终成功抢救。本病例凸显了多学科协作、精准护理及早期病情预判在复杂病情救治中的关键作用，提醒医护人员应对入院患者相关诊断全面考量，不可仅局限于常见并发症，以便在突发事件发生时，能迅速评估并及时启动抢救机制，为救治争取宝贵时间。本病例为类似患者的诊疗提供了有益的参考与借鉴，具有重要的临床价值。

Abstract

This article presents a successful rescue of a patient with decompensated liver cirrhosis complicated by atrioventricular block leading to cardiogenic shock. Upon admission， the patient experienced sudden loss of consciousness. Through multidisciplinary collaboration and exclusion of alternative factors， cardiogenic shock was definitively diagnosed. Precision-guided anti-shock therapy and meticulous nursing interventions stabilized the patient’s condition， culminating in a successful resuscitation. This case highlights the critical role of multidisciplinary collaboration， precision nursing， and early clinical anticipation in managing complex critical conditions. It underscores the necessity for clinicians to comprehensively evaluate admission diagnoses beyond common complications， enabling rapid assessment and timely initiation of rescue protocols during emergencies to secure vital treatment time. This case offers valuable insights for managing similar patients and demonstrates significant clinical significance.
