摘要
本文总结中医护理技术雷火灸联合中药热奄包干预1例干眼患者的效果和护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上实施雷火灸及中药热奄包，治疗期间加强患者生活、饮食及情志护理。干预1周后，患者疼痛评分由干预前5分降至1分；眼表指数量表（OSDI）评分由干预前15分降至8分；泪液分泌试验由干预前右眼5 mm、左眼3 mm，降至右眼11 mm，左眼13 mm；匹兹堡睡眠指数量表（PSQI）由10分降至4分。可见雷火灸联合中药热奄包对于缓解患者干眼的效果明显，且操作简单，效果显著，不良反应少，患者依从性高，减轻了患者的眼部不适，缓解患者不良情绪，提高患者的生活质量，值得推广应用。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the effect and nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques， including Lei Huo Moxibustion and Chinese herbal hot compresses， in the treatment of a dry eye patient. On the basis of a comprehensive nursing assessment， Lei Huo Moxibustion and Chinese herbal hot compresses were implemented， and during the treatment period， the patient's life， diet， and emotional care were strengthened. One week after the intervention， the patient's pain score decreased from 5 points before the intervention to 1 point； the Ocular Surface Disease Index （OSDI） score decreased from 15 points before the intervention to 8 points； the Schirmer test results decreased from 5 mm in the right eye and 3 mm in the left eye before the intervention to 11 mm in the right eye and 13 mm in the left eye； the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score decreased from 10 points to 4 points. It can be seen that the combination of Lei Huo Moxibustion and Chinese herbal hot compresses has a significant effect on relieving dry eye symptoms， is simple to operate， has a remarkable effect， few adverse reactions， high patient compliance， reduces eye discomfort， alleviates negative emotions， and improves the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of promotion and application.
