摘要
本文总结1例在久病入络理念指导下，应用中药塌渍治疗晚期胃癌伴气滞血瘀型股肿患者的临床护理经验。通过辨证施护，采用中药塌渍技术干预，有效减轻患者疼痛症状，缓解患者肢体肿胀的同时达到了活血化瘀的功效，预防并发症压疮、肺栓塞及出血等并发症的发生，加上基础西医治疗，提升了恶性肿瘤患者合并静脉血栓栓塞症的治愈率，提高肿瘤患者抗癌的信心。
Abstract
This article summarizes the clinical nursing experience of treating a patient with advanced gastric cancer complicated with femoral swelling of qi stagnation and blood stasis type under the guidance of the concept of "long-term illness entering meridians" by using traditional Chinese medicine plaster therapy. Through syndrome differentiation and treatment， using traditional Chinese medicine plaster therapy intervention， the patient's pain symptoms were effectively alleviated， the limb swelling was relieved， and the effect of promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis was achieved. At the same time， complications such as pressure sores， pulmonary embolism and bleeding were prevented. Combined with basic Western medicine treatment， the cure rate of malignant tumor patients with venous thromboembolism was improved， and the confidence of cancer patients in fighting against cancer was enhanced.
