摘要

本文总结1例基于久病入络理论应用熏洗联合悬空灸治疗尪痹患者的护理体会。本例患者为70岁女性，诊断为尪痹—类风湿性关节炎，伴有高血压病、高脂血症病史。基于久病入络理论，予患者熏洗联合悬空灸治疗，实施中医辨证护理，改善肝肾亏虚型尪痹患者关节痛。该疗法无依赖性，操作简便，同时避免临床上常用的化学药物而导致的肝肾脾损伤等情况的产生，可供临床推广借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating one case of a severe impediment patient using fumigation-washing combined with suspended moxibustion therapy based on the Prolonged Illness Entering Collaterals theory. The patient， a 70-year-old female diagnosed with severe impediment （rheumatoid arthritis）， had a history of hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Based on the Prolonged Illness Entering Collaterals theory， the patient received fumigation-washing combined with suspended moxibustion treatment alongside TCM syndrome differentiation nursing， resulting in the improvement of joint pain associated with the liver-kidney deficiency pattern of severe impediment. This therapy is non-addictive， involves simple operation， and avoids potential liver， kidney， and spleen damage caused by commonly used chemical drugs in clinical practice， making it worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
