摘要
本文总结“形神同调”法改善1例癃闭患者的护理体会，基于“形神一体”理论，运用耳穴压丸、粗盐热奄包联合子午流注五音疗法治疗1例癃闭患者，15 d为一个疗程，共治疗一疗程，治疗前患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pitts burgh sleep quality index， PSQI）评分为16分，焦虑自评量表（Self-Rating Anxiety Scale， SAS）评分为56分，尿管留置状态。治疗后患者PSQI评估为7分，SAS评分为39分，恢复自主排尿，膀胱残余尿量52 mL。经治疗，患者癃闭症状改善，膀胱功能恢复，睡眠质量改善，生活质量较前提高，干预措施具有操作简便性、安全性和经济性，值得临床推广借鉴。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of "Body-Mind Synchronization Therapy" in improving a case of dysuria. Based on the "unity of body and spirit" theory， the patient was treated with auricular acupoint pressing， coarse salt hot compress， and midnight-noon ebb-flow five-tone therapy for one course （15 days）. Before treatment， the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score was 16， the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） score was 56， and the patient required indwelling catheterization. After treatment， the PSQI score decreased to 7， the SAS score improved to 39， spontaneous urination resumed， and post-void residual urine volume was 52 mL. The intervention alleviated dysuria， restored bladder function， improved sleep quality， and enhanced overall quality of life. The measures demonstrated simplicity， safety， cost-effectiveness， and clinical applicability.
