摘要
本文总结1例肾精亏虚失眠患者的经验，基于中医辨证分型予患者运用特色中医技术，即酸枣仁汤足浴与五行音乐疗法，结合饮食调护、情志护理、运动指导及健康宣教等方法，有效缓解患者失眠症状，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the experience in treating a patient with insomnia due to kidney essence deficiency. Based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）， the patient was treated with specialized TCM techniques， namely suanzaoren decoction foot bath and five-element music therapy， combined with dietary adjustments， emotional care， exercise guidance， and health education. These methods effectively alleviated the patient's insomnia symptoms and improved her quality of life.
