摘要

本病例报告总结1例58岁女性患者，因左前额疼痛持续3 d并伴有水疱出现1 d而入院，经诊断为左前额带状疱疹。患者临床表现为持续性灼痛和簇集性水疱，水疱未越过正中线，且伴有脓性渗出。通过评估患者疼痛、心理状态等，制定个性化护理计划，并实施壮医灯芯草灸疗法治疗，效果显著，有效缩短愈合时间、缓解疼痛、降低感染风险，且具有操作简便、材料易取的特点。该病例强调综合治疗及护理在带状疱疹治疗中的重要性，特别是灯芯草灸疗法在带状疱疹中的潜在应用，为今后的临床实践提供参考。

Abstract

This case report summarizes the treatment of a 58-year-old female patient who was admitted to the hospital due to continuous pain in the left frontal area for 3 days and the appearance of blisters for 1 day. She was diagnosed with left frontal zoster. The patient's clinical manifestations included persistent burning pain and clustered blisters， which did not cross the midline and were accompanied by purulent exudation. Through assessment of the patient's pain， psychological state， etc.， a personalized nursing plan was formulated and Zhuang medicine Juncus effusus moxibustion therapy was implemented. The results were significant， effectively shortening the healing time， relieving pain， and reducing the risk of infection. Moreover， it has the characteristics of simple operation and easy access to materials. This case emphasizes the importance of comprehensive treatment and nursing in the treatment of zoster， especially the potential application of Juncus effusus moxibustion therapy in zoster， providing a reference for future clinical practice.
