摘要

本文总结1例左足皮肤软组织挫裂伤及左足第二跖骨骨折，出现剧烈疼痛、肿胀和大量出血的临床护理案例。予患者常规护理和艾灸治疗，艾灸法每天施行1次，每次持续治疗1 h，经过4 d艾灸治疗，患者瘀血肿胀、疼痛症状明显缓解，最终顺利出院。随访显示，患者疼痛症状完全消失，恢复良好。艾灸法不仅可有效缩短愈合时间，降低感染风险，还具有操作简便、材料易得的优点，值得在临床实践中进一步探索和推广。

Abstract

This paper summarizes a clinical nursing case involving a left foot skin and soft tissue contusion and laceration with a fracture of the second metatarsal bone， presenting with severe pain， swelling， and significant bleeding. The patient received routine care and moxibustion therapy. Moxibustion was administered once daily for 1 hour per session. After 4 days of moxibustion treatment， the patient's symptoms of ecchymosis， swelling， and pain were significantly alleviated， leading to a smooth discharge. Follow-up revealed complete resolution of pain symptoms and good recovery. Moxibustion not only effectively shortens healing time and reduces the risk of infection but also offers the advantages of simple operation and easy availability of materials， making it worthy of further exploration and promotion in clinical practice.
