摘要

本文通过护理1例后循环缺血性眩晕患者，在督脉诊治指导下联合耳灸进行干预，对“经穴—脏腑—神经”进行多维调控，以达到通督养髓、平肝潜阳的的目的。通过1周治疗疗程，明显改善患者眩晕症状、焦虑情绪及睡眠质量。住院第8天，患者好转出院，1月后随访患者无复发，探讨安全且疗效确切的中医护理方法，以期为今后护理此类患者提供参考借鉴。

Abstract

This article presents the nursing care of a patient with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. Guided by Governor Vessel diagnosis and treatment principles， combined with auricular moxibustion， a multidimensional intervention targeting the "meridian points-viscera-nervous system" was implemented to achieve the goals of unblocking the Governor Vessel， nourishing the marrow， pacifying the liver， and subduing yang. After a one-week treatment course， the patient's vertigo symptoms， anxiety， and sleep quality were significantly improved. The patient was discharged on the 8th hospital day with notable recovery， and no recurrence was observed during the one-month follow-up. This case explores a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine nursing approach to provide reference for future clinical care of similar patients.
