摘要

本文总结中医五行音乐联合心理护理改善1例2型糖尿病患者抑郁焦虑情绪，从而达到控制血糖及提高主观幸福感的护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上，通过中医五行音乐辅以心理护理及饮食护理，结果显示患者治疗前抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分65分，焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分62分，空腹血糖13.6 mmol/L，餐后2 h血糖20.5 mmol/L；护理后，SDS评分降至40分，SAS评分降至38分，空腹血糖降至6.28 mmol/L，餐后2 h血糖降至9.01 mmol/L，主观幸福感显著提升。综上所述，中医五行音乐结合心理护理可减轻抑郁与焦虑程度，提高主观幸福感及血糖控制效果，优化生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using Five-Element Music Therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） combined with psychological nursing to alleviate depression and anxiety in a patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）， thereby achieving improved glycemic control and enhanced subjective well-being. Based on comprehensive nursing assessments， interventions included TCM Five-Element Music Therapy supplemented by psychological nursing and dietary guidance. Results demonstrated significant improvements： the patient's Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） score decreased from 65 to 40， the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） score reduced from 62 to 38， fasting blood glucose dropped from 13.6 mmol/L to 6.28 mmol/L， and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose decreased from 20.5 mmol/L to 9.01 mmol/L. Subjective well-being was markedly elevated. In conclusion， the integration of TCM Five-Element Music Therapy with psychological nursing effectively alleviates depression and anxiety， enhances subjective well-being， optimizes glycemic control， and improves overall quality of life.
