摘要
本文总结1例肛周脓肿多间隙感染患者的护理体会。通过采用有序、适时的路径化中医外治疗法，在不同阶段采用针对性中医外治法干预，辨证施护，明显改善患者预后，减少并发症，提高患者生活质量，充分体现中医技术在高位马蹄形肛周脓肿术后快速康复中的应用效果。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience for a case of multi-space infected perianal abscess. By implementing a structured pathway of TCM external therapies with sequential and timely interventions， syndrome-differentiated nursing protocols were applied at distinct pathological stages. This approach significantly improved patient prognosis， reduced complications， and enhanced quality of life， demonstrating the efficacy of TCM techniques in accelerating postoperative recovery for high horseshoe-shaped perianal abscesses.
