摘要
本文总结1例耳穴压丸联合音乐疗法治疗妊娠恶阻患者的护理经验。在对妊娠恶阻患者常规护理的基础上，实施耳穴压丸联合音乐疗法，经干预，患者恶心、呕吐症状及焦虑情绪得到改善。耳穴压丸联合音乐治疗，有效加速患者康复，改善妊娠状态下患者的相关症状，提高了患者的生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with hyperemesis gravidarum treated using integrated auricular plaster therapy and music therapy. Building upon routine nursing care for hyperemesis gravidarum， the combined intervention significantly alleviated the patient’s nausea， vomiting， and anxiety. The integration of auricular plaster therapy and music therapy effectively accelerated recovery， improved pregnancy-related symptoms， and enhanced the patient’s quality of life.
