摘要

本文总结中药塌渍及青鹏软膏联合西医疗法治疗1例尺骨鹰嘴骨折患者的护理体会。患者为老年女性，依从性差，护理难度大，通过完善日常护理评估，在治疗过程中针对患者肢体疼痛、肿胀及皮肤青紫情况，运用西医常规护理技术，即硫酸镁湿敷、红外线照射治疗，同时结合中医特色护理技术，即中药塌渍及青鹏软膏外敷治疗，有效控制病情进一步发展。经治疗，患者症状缓解，生活品质得到改善，顺利出院。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with olecranon fracture of the ulna with traditional Chinese medicine poultice and Qingpeng ointment combined with Western medicine. The patient was an elderly woman with poor compliance and high nursing difficulty. Through the improvement of daily nursing assessment， during the treatment process， for the patient's limb pain， swelling and skin bruising， Western medicine conventional nursing techniques， such as magnesium sulfate wet compress and infrared irradiation treatment， were used， and at the same time， traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques， such as traditional Chinese medicine poultice and Qingpeng ointment external application， were combined to effectively control the further development of the disease. After treatment， the patient's symptoms were relieved， the quality of life was improved， and she was discharged smoothly.
