摘要

本文总结耳穴三联疗法治疗1例肝阳上亢型高血压患者的护理经验。在常规护理的基础上，结合中医辨证施护理论，实施耳穴三联疗法进行治疗，并配合情志护理、生活起居护理和健康宣教，患者血压控制至正常范围内，头痛和头晕症状得以缓解，生活质量得到提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying three-step auricular point therapy to treat a patient with hypertension characterized by Liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome. Following routine care， syndrome differentiation-based traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing principles guided the implementation of three-step auricular point therapy. This intervention was combined with emotional regulation， lifestyle guidance， and health education. Consequently， the patient’s blood pressure stabilized within the normal range， symptoms of headache and dizziness resolved， and quality of life improved significantly.
