摘要

本文报告1例太极强脊操干预强直性脊柱炎（AS）患者的护理案例。患者为66岁男性，主诉间断腰背痛30余年，近期加重。入院时表现为腰背部及颈部活动受限，右髋关节疼痛，晨僵超过1 h，枕墙距22 cm，指地距62 cm，颈椎活动度<5°。入院后，患者接受常规护理并结合太极强脊操进行功能锻炼，疼痛得到缓解，活动能力有所改善，自理能力增强，跌倒风险降低，晨僵时间30 min，枕墙距14 cm，指地距35 cm，颈椎活动度30°。本案例表明太极强脊操结合药物治疗和护理干预，能够有效改善AS患者的生活质量，增强其自信心和自理能力。

Abstract

This paper reports a case of a 66-year-old male patient with ankylosing spondylitis （AS） who was treated with Tai Chi Qiangji exercises in addition to conventional care. The patient had experienced intermittent low back and neck pain for over 30 years， which had recently worsened. Upon admission， he presented with limited mobility in the lumbar and cervical regions， right hip joint pain， morning stiffness lasting more than 1 hour， a wall-to-head distance of 22 cm， a finger-to-floor distance of 62 cm， and cervical spine range of motion less than 5°. After admission， the patient received conventional care combined with Tai Chi Qiangji exercises for functional training. His pain was relieved， his mobility improved， his self-care ability enhanced， and his risk of falls decreased. The morning stiffness time was reduced to 30 minutes， the wall-to-head distance to 14 cm， the finger-to-floor distance to 35 cm， and the cervical spine range of motion to 30°. This case demonstrates that the combination of Tai Chi Qiangji exercises， drug therapy， and nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of AS patients， enhance their confidence and self-care ability.
