摘要

本文总结1例风寒袭络型面神经炎患者应用灸疗结合中医综合护理的临床实践效果。基于中医理论，面神经炎多因风寒侵袭、经络阻滞所致，治疗以温经散寒、通络活血为原则。护理过程中循经选穴，选取患侧阳白、颊车、地仓、翳风等穴位施以温和灸，配合开穴、封穴手法、心理疏导、饮食调护及面肌功能训练等综合护理措施实施干预，以达到祛风散寒、温通经络、扶正祛邪的作用，最终显著改善患者面神经炎症状，疗效确切。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical efficacy of moxibustion therapy combined with comprehensive TCM nursing interventions in a case of facial neuritis （wind-cold attacking collaterals type）. Based on TCM theory， facial neuritis is primarily caused by wind-cold invasion and meridian obstruction， with treatment principles focusing on warming meridians， dispersing cold， and activating collaterals. During nursing， acupoints on the affected side （e.g.， Yangbai， Jiache， Dicang， and Yifeng） were selected for mild moxibustion， supplemented by meridian-opening and closing techniques， psychological support， dietary guidance， and facial muscle rehabilitation. This integrated approach aimed to expel wind-cold， warm meridians， and restore healthy Qi， ultimately achieving significant symptom relief and confirmed therapeutic outcomes.
