摘要

本病例总结1例冠心病失眠患者接受耳穴压丸联合体外反搏治疗的临床效果。通过子午流注时辰指导下的耳穴压丸联合经穴体外反搏治疗，患者在入院第3天匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh sleep quality index， PSQI）评分为15分，汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Scale， HAMA）评分为25分；入院第6天PSQI评分为14分，HAMA评分为15分；出院时PSQI评分为9分，HAMA评分为10分。结果显示，该治疗方法能够有效改善冠心病失眠患者的失眠和焦虑症状，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This case report summarizes the clinical efficacy of auricular acupoint pellet pressing combined with acupoint-based external counterpulsation in a coronary heart disease （CHD） patient with insomnia. Under the chronotherapeutic guidance of the Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow Doctrine， the integrated intervention yielded progressive improvements： Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） scores were 15 on admission day 3 and 14 on day 6， decreasing to 9 at discharge； Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） scores reduced from 25 （day 3） to 15 （day 6） and further to 10 at discharge. These results demonstrate the intervention’s effectiveness in alleviating insomnia and anxiety symptoms while enhancing quality of life for CHD patients with insomnia.
