摘要
本文总结中药保留灌肠联合耳穴贴压治疗1例慢性肾脏病便秘患者的护理体会。在中医辨证施护理论的指导下，采用中药保留灌肠联合耳穴贴压中医护理技术，治疗周期为14 d，同时配合情志护理、膳食护理及生活起居护理等护理措施，有效改善患者便秘、倦怠乏力、腰膝酸软等症状，血肌酐下降6.34%、尿蛋白定量下降68.13%。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） retention enema combined with auricular point sticking for treating constipation in one case of chronic kidney disease （CKD）. Guided by TCM syndrome differentiation nursing theory， integrated interventions of TCM retention enema and auricular point sticking were administered over a 14-day treatment cycle， alongside complementary nursing measures including emotional counseling， dietary guidance， and lifestyle management. These effectively alleviated symptoms such as constipation， fatigue， and lumbar weakness， with serum creatinine decreasing by 6.34% and urinary protein quantification reduced by 68.13%.
