摘要

本文报告1例采用地塞米松磷酸钠联合氯雷他定分阶段治疗维持性血液透析患者迟发性B型透析器反应病例的护理体会。基于中医整体护理理念，对患者实施针对性护理措施，包括标准化预冲体外循环管路、动态生命体征监测、个性化心理干预及全程化体液管理。经过4周的治疗和系统化护理干预，患者发热症状完全控制，各项生理指标及心理状态均有显著改善。本案例证实，对于非典型表现的透析器反应，药物联合治疗结合系统化护理干预可取得良好效果。

Abstract

This article reports the nursing experience of a case of delayed Type B dialyzer reaction in a maintenance hemodialysis patient treated with dexamethasone sodium phosphate combined with loratadine in a staged therapeutic approach. Guided by the holistic nursing principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， targeted nursing interventions were implemented， including standardized priming of the extracorporeal circulation circuit， dynamic vital sign monitoring， personalized psychological intervention， and comprehensive fluid management. After four weeks of treatment and systematic nursing interventions， the patient’s fever was completely controlled， with significant improvements in both physiological indicators and psychological state. This case demonstrates that for atypical dialyzer reactions， combined pharmacotherapy and systematic nursing interventions can yield favorable outcomes.
