目的

探讨中药泡洗联合中西医结合护理对奥沙利铂化疗后手足综合征（HFS）的临床效果。
方法
2
针对1例Ⅲ期结肠癌患者化疗后2级HFS，实施中药温经通络泡洗、营养神经治疗及中医针灸等综合护理。
结果
2
干预7 d后，患者手足麻木VAS评分下降50%，NCI-CTCAE分级降至1级，中医症候评分及生活质量显著改善。
结论

泡手方联合中西医结合护理可有效缓解奥沙利铂相关神经毒性，具有临床推广价值。
Abstract
Objective

To investigate the clinical efficacy of herbal soaking/washing combined with integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing for Hand-Foot Syndrome （HFS） following Oxaliplatin chemotherapy.
Methods

Comprehensive nursing interventions， including warm herbal soaking for warming meridians and dredging collaterals， neurotrophic therapy， and traditional Chinese acupuncture， were administered to a patient with stage III colon cancer who developed Grade 2 HFS post-chemotherapy.
Results

After 7 days of intervention， the patient's Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） score for hand-foot numbness decreased by 50%， the NCI-CTCAE grade reduced to Grade 1， and significant improvements were observed in both TCM symptom scores and quality of life.
Conclusion

The Hand-Soaking Formula combined with integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing effectively alleviates Oxaliplatin-related neurotoxicity， demonstrating significant clinical promotion value.
