摘要

脑卒中后肩关节半脱位是导致上肢功能障碍的常见并发症。本文报告1例65岁女性脑卒中恢复期患者，采用中药竹罐联合中频脉冲电刺激治疗肩关节半脱位的临床效果。通过4周中西医结合干预，患者肩痛显著缓解，关节稳定性及运动功能明显改善，Barthel指数由35分提升至60分。本案例提示中药竹罐疗法结合现代物理治疗，可有效促进脑卒中后肩关节半脱位的康复。

Abstract

Shoulder subluxation after stroke is a common complication that leads to upper limb dysfunction. This paper reports the clinical effect of Chinese herbal bamboo cupping combined with medium frequency pulsed electrical stimulation in the treatment of shoulder subluxation in a 65-year-old female patient in the recovery period of stroke. After 4 weeks of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine intervention， the patient's shoulder pain was significantly relieved， joint stability and motor function were significantly improved， and the Barthel index increased from 35 to 60 points. This case suggests that the combination of Chinese herbal bamboo cupping therapy and modern physical therapy can effectively promote the rehabilitation of shoulder subluxation after stroke.
