摘要
本文总结1例中药塌渍治疗2型糖尿病合并左下肢丹毒患者的护理体会。予患者常规抗生素（首选青霉素）治疗的同时，配合实施中药塌渍外敷，短时间内促进炎症吸收，显著缩短治疗时间。中西医结合治疗下肢丹毒见效快，患者更容易接受，此法具有简、便、廉的特点，配合护理干预有助于促进患者早日康复。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） complicated by left lower limb erysipelas treated with traditional Chinese herbal compress therapy （TCM塌渍）. While administering conventional first-line penicillin-based antibiotic therapy， the integration of external herbal compress therapy promoted rapid inflammatory absorption and significantly reduced treatment duration. The combined Chinese-Western medical approach demonstrated rapid efficacy in managing lower limb erysipelas， with high patient acceptance due to its simplicity， convenience， and cost-effectiveness. Coordinated nursing interventions further facilitated early recovery， underscoring the clinical value of integrating traditional and modern therapies for complex diabetic complications.
