摘要

目的

本文总结1例中药膏摩联合刺络拔罐治疗1例血瘀气滞证腰椎间盘突出症的护理经验，为临床实施有效护理提供价值参考。

方法

在中药膏摩联合刺络拔罐治疗基础上给予针对性、个体化的健康宣教和情志护理。

结果

患者的VAS 评分从 6 分降至 1 分，Barthel 指数从 80 分升至 100 分，Morse评分由35分降至0分，Braden评分从14分升至 23分，SAS评分由53分降至25分。

结论

中药膏摩联合刺络拔罐治疗血瘀气滞证腰椎间盘突出症可通过活血化瘀、疏通经络改善局部微循环，从而减轻腰部疼痛症状，提高患者的日常生活能力。同时重视整体性护理，可有效降低跌倒和压力性损伤风险，以及改善负面情绪。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the nursing experience of herbal ointment massage combined with bloodletting cupping for lumbar disc herniation with blood stasis and qi stagnation pattern， providing clinical reference for effective nursing interventions.

Methods

Targeted and individualized health education and emotional nursing care were implemented alongside herbal ointment massage and bloodletting cupping therapy.

Results

The patient's VAS score decreased from 6 to 1， Barthel Index increased from 80 to 100， Morse Fall Scale score decreased from 35 to 0， Braden Scale score rose from 14 to 23， and SAS score reduced from 53 to 25.

Conclusion

Herbal ointment massage combined with bloodletting cupping alleviates low back pain by activating blood circulation， resolving stasis， and dredging meridians to improve local microcirculation， thereby enhancing daily living ability. Holistic nursing effectively reduces fall risk， pressure injury incidence， and negative emotions.
