摘要
本文探讨基于中医生命观的安宁疗护模式在1例肝癌终末期患者中的实践应用。将中医生命观融入安宁疗护实践，以1例38岁肝癌终末期患者（KPS评分40分）为对象，探索“形神共养、天人相应”理论在终末期症状管理及生命质量提升中的应用路径。患者存在胁痛、纳呆、夜寐不安及死亡焦虑等复合症状，传统姑息治疗未能有效缓解其“身心失和”状态。基于中医整体观构建的干预框架，确保患者在生命末期得到舒适的关怀，同时提供家属的哀伤辅导和全方位的心理支持，帮助患者及家属平和地面对生命末期，有尊严地走完人生里程。
Abstract
This study explores the application of a palliative care model guided by the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） life-concept in a terminal-stage liver cancer patient. Integrating TCM’s life-philosophy into palliative practice， a 38-year-old patient with terminal liver cancer （KPS score： 40） was selected to examine the implementation of the theories of "nurturing both body and spirit" （xing shen gong yang） and "harmony between human and nature" （tian ren xiang ying） for symptom management and quality-of-life enhancement. The patient presented with complex symptoms including hypochondriac pain， anorexia， insomnia， and death anxiety， which remained unresolved by conventional palliative approaches due to a state of "body-mind dissonance." An intervention framework rooted in TCM’s holistic perspective ensured comfort-oriented end-of-life care， complemented by bereavement support for the family and comprehensive psychological interventions. This approach empowered both the patient and family to navigate the terminal phase with serenity and dignity.
