摘要
本文选取1例糖尿病神经病变患者，采用中药熏洗联合艾灸治疗，并辅以综合护理措施，观察并记录患者的治疗效果、症状改善情况及护理过程中的体会。患者经过中药熏洗联合艾灸的治疗与护理，糖尿病神经病变症状明显改善，生活质量显著提高，效果显著。
Abstract
This report presents the case of a patient with diabetic neuropathy treated with a combination of Chinese herbal fumigation and moxibustion， supplemented by comprehensive nursing interventions. The patient's therapeutic outcomes， symptom improvement， and nursing experiences were observed and documented. Following the combined treatment and nursing care， the patient exhibited significant improvement in diabetic neuropathy symptoms and a marked enhancement in quality of life， demonstrating notable efficacy.
