摘要

目的

本文探讨中西医结合护理在高龄乳腺癌术后化疗患者中的应用效果。

方法

对1例75岁女性右乳癌术后化疗患者实施中西医结合护理。中医辨证为气血两虚证，西医诊断为重度粒细胞减少。在西医TC方案化疗基础上，采用十全大补汤内服益气养血，耳穴压丸缓解恶心呕吐，中药泡洗活血通络，配合情志调护和功能锻炼。

结果

护理后恶心呕吐频率减少50%，中性粒细胞计数从0.6×10⁹/L升至0.9×10⁹/L，关节疼痛评分由7分降至4分，血压稳定在138/85 mmHg，生活质量评分提高23%。

结论

中西医结合护理能有效减轻高龄乳腺癌患者化疗不良反应，提高化疗耐受性，改善生活质量。

Abstract

Objective

This study explored the application effects of integrated Chinese-Western nursing in elderly breast cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy.

Methods

Integrated nursing interventions were implemented for a 75-year-old female receiving chemotherapy after right breast cancer surgery. Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） pattern differentiation identified Qi and Blood Deficiency Syndrome， while Western medicine diagnosed severe neutropenia. Alongside TC-regimen chemotherapy， interventions included： oral administration of Shiquan Dabu Decoction to augment qi and nourish blood， auricular acupressure to alleviate nausea/vomiting， herbal soak therapy to activate blood circulation and unblock collaterals， supplemented by emotional regulation and functional exercise.

Results

Post-intervention outcomes showed： 50% reduction in nausea/vomiting frequency； neutrophil count increased from 0.6×10⁹/L to 0.9×10⁹/L； joint pain score decreased from 7 to 4； blood pressure stabilized at 138/85 mmHg； and quality-of-life score improved by 23%.

Conclusion

Integrated Chinese-Western nursing effectively mitigates chemotherapy adverse reactions， enhances treatment tolerance， and improves life quality in elderly breast cancer patients.
