摘要

本文总结1例中药保留灌肠联合艾灸温灸疗法治疗气血亏虚型胃排空障碍患者的护理经验。在西医保守治疗基础上结合中医辨证施护，针对患者腹胀冷痛、气血亏虚及身心情志等问题，予患者中药保留灌肠、艾灸温灸疗法及情志护理等措施。经治疗，患者呕吐明显好转，肛门已排气，有效促进胃肠动力恢复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with gastric emptying disorder of qi-blood deficiency type treated with herbal retention enema combined with moxibustion therapy. Based on conservative Western medical treatment， integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation and nursing interventions were applied， including herbal retention enema， moxibustion therapy， and emotional counseling， targeting symptoms such as cold abdominal distension， qi-blood deficiency， and psychological distress. After treatment， the patient showed significant improvement in vomiting， resumed anal exhaust， and achieved effective restoration of gastrointestinal motility.
