摘要
本文详细报告1例77岁慢性肾衰合并高血压眩晕患者的护理过程。基于李东垣“补脾胃泻阴火升阳气”理论，以半夏白术天麻汤内服联合穴位贴敷（膻中、神阙）、皮内针（灵道、内关、间使）及手指点穴（神门、阴郄、通里）等中医护理技术，并结合饮食调护、情志护理、健康指导等方法进行干预，结果显示患者眩晕及焦虑症状显著改善。提示该理论指导下的中医护理可有效缓解肾衰高血压眩晕患者的症状，为临床护理深度运用中医经典理论提供了范例，值得临床个案参考。
Abstract
This article presents a detailed nursing report of a 77-year-old patient with chronic renal failure and hypertensive vertigo. Guided by Li Dongyuan’s theory of "Tonifying the Spleen-Stomach， Draining Yin Fire， and Ascending Yang Qi，" interventions included oral administration of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction， acupoint application （Danzhong， Shenque ）， intradermal needle therapy （Lingdao， Neiguan， Jianshi）， finger acupressure （Shenmen， Yinxi， Tongli）， along with dietary regulation， emotional nursing， and health education. Results demonstrated significant improvement in the patient’s vertigo and anxiety symptoms. This case suggests that TCM nursing under this theoretical framework can effectively alleviate symptoms in renal failure patients with hypertensive vertigo， providing a clinical reference for the in-depth application of classical TCM theories in nursing practice.
