摘要
本文通过对1例哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期气滞热壅型患者应用手法通乳中医技术后进行效果观察及护理措施。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取辨证施术（手法通乳中医技术）治疗后，并配合辨证施膳、辨证施情、预防及自我保健等综合干预后，患者疼痛及肿胀症状明显缓解，有效控制疾病的进一步发展，值得临床应用推广。
Abstract
This paper reports the effect observation and nursing measures of a patient with initial Qi stagnation and heat congestion type of acute mastitis during lactation after the application of traditional Chinese medicine manipulation for lactation promotion. Under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation and nursing in traditional Chinese medicine， after the treatment with syndrome differentiation and manipulation （traditional Chinese medicine manipulation for lactation promotion）， and combined with syndrome differentiation and diet， syndrome differentiation and emotion management， prevention and self-care and other comprehensive interventions， the patient's pain and swelling symptoms were significantly relieved， effectively controlling the further development of the disease. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
