分析平衡火罐联合经络全息刮痧治疗1例甲状腺癌术后顽固性头疼患者的护理病例。
方法
2
选取2025年03月收治的1例甲状腺癌术后顽固性头疼患者进行研究，分析患者疾病护理效果。
结果

患者经平衡火罐联合经络全息刮痧治疗好转，伤口愈合，一般情况可，无饮水呛咳，无声音嘶哑，无手足麻木，饮食睡眠好，大小便正常，切口对合好，愈合佳；甲状旁腺素35.50 pg/mL，钙2.29 mmol/L，出院后嘱患者04月至甲乳外科门诊复诊。
结论

平衡火罐联合经络全息刮痧治疗甲状腺癌术后顽固性头疼患者，经针对性护理措施，可加速患者头疼症状的消失，改善预后，值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective

To analyze the nursing outcomes of balanced cupping combined with meridian holistic scraping therapy in a patient with intractable headache following thyroid cancer surgery.
Methods

A case study was conducted on a patient admitted in March 2025， who presented with persistent postoperative headache after thyroidectomy. The therapeutic effects of integrated nursing interventions were evaluated.
Results

After treatment with balanced cupping and meridian holistic scraping， the patient showed significant improvement： wound healing was satisfactory， with no complications such as choking while drinking， hoarseness， or limb numbness. The patient maintained normal dietary intake， sleep， and bowel movements， with well-approximated surgical incision. Laboratory results indicated parathyroid hormone at 35.50 pg/mL and calcium at 2.29 mmol/L. The patient was advised to follow up at the thyroid and breast surgery outpatient clinic in April.
Conclusion

The combination of balanced cupping and meridian holistic scraping， supported by targeted nursing care， effectively alleviated intractable headache in this postoperative thyroid cancer patient， promoting recovery and demonstrating clinical applicability.
