目的

探讨医护一体化模式在慢性肾衰竭患者中医护理查房中的应用效果，优化中医护理方案，提升护理质量及患者满意度。
方法
2
针对1例慢性肾衰竭患者，组建医护一体化查房团队，系统分析患者病因病机，共同制定个性化中医护理计划，重点实施中药膏摩、饮食调护、情志疏导等特色护理措施。通过3周期动态评估，对比护理前后症状改善、睡眠质量及辨证符合率等指标。
结果

经医护协同干预，患者乏力、水肿及睡眠质量均所改善，提升患者满意度。
结论

医护一体化模式通过强化多学科协作，实现中医辨证精准化与护理措施个体化的有机结合，有效改善慢性肾衰竭患者症状及睡眠质量，显著提升中医护理质量及患者就医体验，为中医特色护理查房的规范化开展提供实践参考。

To explore the efficacy of the integrated medical-nursing model in TCM nursing rounds for chronic renal failure （CRF） patients， aiming to optimize TCM nursing protocols and enhance care quality and patient satisfaction.
Methods

A multidisciplinary team conducted systematic rounds for a CRF patient， analyzing disease etiology and pathogenesis， and jointly developed a personalized TCM nursing plan. Key interventions included herbal ointment massage， dietary therapy， and emotional regulation. Symptom improvement， sleep quality， and syndrome differentiation accuracy were dynamically evaluated over three cycles.
Results

The integrated approach significantly alleviated fatigue， edema， and sleep disturbances， with improved patient satisfaction.
Conclusion

The model synergizes multidisciplinary collaboration with precise TCM syndrome differentiation and tailored nursing， effectively ameliorating CRF symptoms and sleep quality while elevating TCM care standards and patient experience. This study provides a practical reference for standardizing TCM nursing rounds.
