摘要
本文总结中医护理技术中药熏洗、耳穴压丸联合穴位按摩干预1例干眼患者的效果和护理经验。在系统护理评估的基础上实施特色中医护理技术，治疗期间加强患者生活、饮食及情志护理。患者视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分由干预前3分降至0分；眼表指数量表（OSDI）评分由干预前31分降至10分；泪液分泌试验由干预前右眼5 mm、左眼4 mm，升至右眼12 mm，左眼11 mm；汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）由16分降至8分；匹兹堡睡眠指数量表（PSQI）由16分降至10分。中医特色护理技术通过疏通眼周经络、促进泪液分泌及调节脏腑功能，对于缓解患者干眼的效果明显，可有效缓解焦虑情绪，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the effects and nursing experience of applying Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing techniques—Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with auricular acupressure and acupoint massage—to intervene in one case of dry eye patient. Based on systematic nursing assessment， specialized TCM nursing techniques were implemented， supplemented by enhanced lifestyle， dietary， and emotional care during treatment. The patient's Visual Analog Scale （VAS） score decreased from 3 pre-intervention to 0； the Ocular Surface Disease Index （OSDI） score decreased from 31 to 10； the Schirmer test results increased from 5 mm （right eye） and 4 mm （left eye） to 12 mm （right） and 11 mm （left）； the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） score decreased from 16 to 8； and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score decreased from 16 to 10. The TCM-specific nursing techniques significantly alleviated dry eye symptoms by dredging periocular meridians， promoting tear secretion， and regulating visceral functions， effectively relieving anxiety and improving the patient's quality of life.
