摘要

本文总结1例丹毒合并糖尿病患者的综合护理经验。该病例具有感染风险高、症状复杂、管理难度大的特点，需强化中西医结合护理干预。通过实施病情观察、疼痛护理、用药护理、饮食干预、情志护理、生活自理能力训练与运动指导等护理措施，患者丹毒消失，血糖平稳，顺利出院。本案例证实，基于中西医协同的护理模式可有效降低并发症风险，为同类患者提供标准化护理路径参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the comprehensive nursing experience of a patient with cellulitis and diabetes. This case is characterized by high infection risk， complex symptoms， and high management difficulty. Strengthened integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention is required. Through implementing nursing measures such as condition observation， pain care， medication care， dietary intervention， emotional care， training of self-care ability and exercise guidance， the patient's cellulitis disappeared， blood sugar was stable， and he was discharged smoothly. This case demonstrates that the nursing model based on the collaboration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can effectively reduce the risk of complications and provide a standardized nursing path reference for similar patients.
