摘要
危重症患者常因感染、创伤或代谢紊乱导致胃肠功能障碍（AGI），严重影响营养吸收与预后，胃肠功能障碍也是危重症患者最常见的并发症，甚至可能引发多器官衰竭。本文总结中医特色护理技术艾条灸、中药膏摩联合耳穴压丸干预1例胃动力障碍患者的效果和护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上，治疗期间加强患者生活、饮食护理。干预1周后，患者胃残余由1830 mL降至670 mL，腹内压由干预前20 mmHg降至17 mmHg，艾条灸、中药膏摩联合耳穴压丸对于缓解患者胃动力障碍的效果明显，且操作简单，效果显著，不良反应少，有效提高患者生活质量，值得推广应用。
Abstract
Critically ill patients frequently develop acute gastrointestinal injury （AGI） due to infection， trauma， or metabolic disturbances， severely compromising nutritional absorption and prognosis. AGI represents one of the most common complications in this population and may even trigger multi-organ failure. This article summarizes the outcomes and nursing experience of applying traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing techniques—specifically moxibustion， Chinese herbal ointment massage， and auricular acupoint pressing—to a patient with gastroparesis. Based on comprehensive nursing assessments， enhanced lifestyle and dietary care were implemented during treatment. After one week of intervention， the patient’s gastric residual volume decreased from 1，830 mL to 670 mL， and intra-abdominal pressure reduced from 20 mmHg to 17 mmHg. The combined therapy demonstrated marked efficacy in alleviating gastroparesis， with advantages including simplicity of operation， significant clinical outcomes， minimal adverse effects， and improved quality of life， showing promise for broader clinical application.
